To simplify the process of converting the stereoscopic images from one layout to another, I created a series of Adobe Photoshop Actions named QubaVR Stereo Swapper, that will allow you to re-arrange your frames with a single (or at most double) click.

In episode 2 of the QubaHQ Tutorials Season 2, I will show you how to use Photoshop's batch processing to create a cool glitch effect based off the GIF compression algorithm.

This Photoshop action will allow you to turn grayscale or full-color image into a stencil in just one click.
