In 2006, imago produced a piece called Everyday Robots for the S’NEK channel. This is one of the original test renders I made, while still deciding on the final look and feel of the piece.
The robot was constructed from various 2D photos and animated in After Effects. One of the element I regret cutting out of the final piece is the progressive resolution increase, seen in the beginning of this test shot.
