In this long-delayed tutorial I will show you an efficient method for disintegrating/dispersing a 3D layer into particles. The method shown here has been optimized to produce maximum amount of particles at lowest computing cost (more stuff flying around, faster renders).
Originally planned to be released in June 2010, this tutorial concludes the four-part series including: 100% Accurate Reflections, Automated Light Rig and Light Wall.

Required tools: After Effects, Trapcode Particular
Optional plug-ins: VC Optical Flares (or similar)

Great technique! Very original tutorial.
The problem with the particles at the end of the video is caused by the obscuration layer setting in the visibility settings. If you turn the obscuration layer to “none”, the problem goes away.

i do have an image with italic who got crossing italic text,, then when the dolly rotation goes to -90 to 0 degree on Y
my source and my reflexion don t look perpendicular to the floor
but if i move on the left view my source is perpendicular to to the floor
any idea to help me to fix that ? ;P

Sorry Miroof, but I am unable to understand your explanation of the problem. However, if you complete your main animation and then simply duplicate the comp and flip the camera scaling the null as shown in the tutorial, no matter what the content of your composition is – everything should reflect properly.

From what I can see in these images, there’s nothing wrong with either your comps nor the renders. Because your typography is slanted/italic, at certain angles it gives an illusion of leaning down, while actually being perfectly straight.
If this is not the look you desire, perhaps you should not use italics, or pick other camera angles that counter the illusion.
Generally speaking, positioning the camera in front of the text will make it look correct, while any extreme angles will cause the text to appear as if it is tilted.
